Description

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 0.5 cups milk
- 0.5 cup butter
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and melted butter. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Step 3: Add the yeast mixture to the dough and mix until a sticky ball forms.
- Step 4: Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Step 5: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.
- Step 6: Cut into long, thin triangles.
- Step 7: Roll each triangle into a croissant shape, curling the ends towards each other.
