Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 0.25 cup cilantro
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 3: Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Step 4: Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Step 5: Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
- Step 6: Cook the beef mixture until it is fully browned, about 5-6 minutes.
