Description

A classic Cuban sandwich filled with ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard, grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Dill Pickle Slices
  • 8 oz Ham
  • 4 rolls Ciabatta
  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 8 oz Pork

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Slice the Ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise.
  3. Step 3: Spread a layer of yellow mustard on the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Step 4: Layer 2 oz of ham, 2 oz of roasted pork, 1 slice of Swiss cheese, and a few slices of pickle on top of the mustard.
  5. Step 5: Top with the top half of the Ciabatta roll.
  6. Step 6: Place the sandwiches in the panini press or grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
  7. Step 7: Serve immediately.
