Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup cucumber
  • 0.5 pounds chicken breast
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  3. Step 3: Chill the cooked chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
