Description

A juicy double-layered cheeseburger with melted cheddar and caramelized onions

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 slices pickle
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
  3. Step 3: Form 4 equal-sized patties and set aside.
  4. Step 4: In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 20-25 minutes or until caramelized.
