Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Step 3: Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Step 4: Add heavy cream and stir until dough comes together.
  5. Step 5: Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead 2-3 times.
  6. Step 6: Roll out dough to 1 inch thickness. Cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
