Ingredients

  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 large croissants
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add melted butter, then pour in egg mixture. Scramble eggs until cooked through.
