Description

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: Add the diced onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until they are translucent
  3. Step 3: Push the onion and garlic to one side of the pan
  4. Step 4: Add a little more oil if necessary, then pour in the eggs
  5. Step 5: Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through, breaking them up into small pieces as they cook
  6. Step 6: Mix the eggs with the onion and garlic
  7. Step 7: Add the mixed vegetables, cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce (if using) to the pan
  8. Step 8: Stir-fry everything together for about 5 minutes, breaking up any clumps with a spatula
