Description
A delicious wrap filled with creamy egg salad, crispy bacon, and fresh lettuce
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 large eggs
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 6 slices bacon
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper
- Step 2: Add diced eggs to the bowl and stir until well combined
- Step 3: Stir in chopped fresh dill
- Step 4: Cook bacon slices until crispy, then crumble
- Step 5: Lay a large flour tortilla flat and spread a quarter of the egg salad on the center of the tortilla
- Step 6: Top the egg salad with a quarter of the crumbled bacon, a half cup of shredded lettuce, and fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling
- Step 7: Fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly, repeat with remaining ingredients
