A delicious wrap filled with creamy egg salad, crispy bacon, and fresh lettuce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 slices bacon
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper
  2. Step 2: Add diced eggs to the bowl and stir until well combined
  3. Step 3: Stir in chopped fresh dill
  4. Step 4: Cook bacon slices until crispy, then crumble
  5. Step 5: Lay a large flour tortilla flat and spread a quarter of the egg salad on the center of the tortilla
  6. Step 6: Top the egg salad with a quarter of the crumbled bacon, a half cup of shredded lettuce, and fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling
  7. Step 7: Fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly, repeat with remaining ingredients
