Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat English muffin
- 1 slice Canadian bacon
- 1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper
- 2 large egg whites
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat
- Step 2: Pour in the melted butter and tilt to coat the pan
- Step 3: Pour in the egg whites and scramble until they are set, about 3-4 minutes
