Ingredients

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Step 3: Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  4. Step 4: Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. Step 5: Top the peanut butter with sliced banana.
  6. Step 6: Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of honey on top of the banana.
  7. Step 7: Place the second slice of bread, butter-side up, on top of the banana.
  8. Step 8: Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the peanut butter is melted.
  9. Step 9: Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.
