Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine beef mince, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
- Step 3: Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly into a patty.
- Step 4: Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Step 5: While the burgers are cooking, toast the buns on the grill.
- Step 6: Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a slice of cheese, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and finally the top bun.
- Step 7: Serve immediately and enjoy!
