Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
