Description
A rich and creamy lasagna dish loaded with four types of cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup provolone cheese
- 12 noodles lasagna
- 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup parsley
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Olive oil
- 1 cup basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 onion
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Step 3: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking into small pieces.
- Step 4: Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until onion is translucent.
- Step 5: Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Step 6: In a large bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, and provolone cheese.
- Step 7: Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Step 8: Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top of sauce.
- Step 9: Spread half of ricotta mixture over noodles.
- Step 10: Sprinkle with half of mozzarella cheese.
- Step 11: Repeat layers, starting with noodles, marinara sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
- Step 12: Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Step 13: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Step 14: Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
