  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes
  3. Step 3: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms
  4. Step 4: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth
  5. Step 5: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour
  6. Step 6: Punch down the dough and roll it out into a circle or rectangle shape
