Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruits
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together oats, nuts, and dried fruits.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, maple syrup, and vegetable oil.
  4. Step 4: Add vanilla extract and salt to the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
