Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup mixed dried fruits
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 0.25 cup vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup honey
- salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together oats, nuts, and dried fruits.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, maple syrup, and vegetable oil.
- Step 4: Add vanilla extract and salt to the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Step 5: Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
- Step 6: Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola is lightly toasted.
