Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1.5 cups flour
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions
- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let the mixture sit for 5-7 minutes, until yeast is activated.
- Step 2: Add flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Step 4: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
