Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 large onion
- Salt and pepper
- 2 large bell peppers
- 2 large zucchinis
- 2 large carrots
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add the sliced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, until translucent.
- Step 3: Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes, until tender.
