Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 large onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 2 large zucchinis
  • 2 large carrots

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
