Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ranch seasoning
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cheese curds
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Step 1: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Step 2: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish
- Step 3: In a third shallow dish, mix together panko breadcrumbs and minced garlic
- Step 4: Dip each cheese curd into the flour mixture, then the buttermilk, and finally the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere
- Step 5: Heat about 1/2-inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Step 6: Fry the coated cheese curds in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side
- Step 7: Drain the fried cheese curds on paper towels
