Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 0.5 cup parsley
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Step 3: Pour buttermilk into a separate large bowl.
  4. Step 4: Dredge chicken wings in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  5. Step 5: Dip floured wings in buttermilk, making sure they are fully coated.
  6. Step 6: Dredge wings in flour mixture again, pressing coating onto wings to adhere.
  7. Step 7: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  8. Step 8: Arrange wings on baking sheet in a single layer.
  9. Step 9: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  10. Step 10: Bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Step 11: While wings are baking, mix minced garlic and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
