Description

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 large onion
- 0.5 pound beef shoulder
- 1 pound lamb shoulder
- 1 large cucumber
- 4 pita breads
- 1 large tomato
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Add the sliced lamb and beef to the bowl, and mix well to coat.
- Step 4: Grill the gyro meat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
