Ingredients

  • 0.5 pound beef shoulder
  • 1 pound lamb shoulder
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 large tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
