Ingredients

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup lime juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
  3. Step 3: Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well
  4. Step 4: Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through
