Ingredients

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat
