Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat
