Ingredients
- 1 eggplant
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.25 cup pesto
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 4 rolls Ciabatta bread
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
