Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1.5 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pineapple
- 0.5 cups water
- 1 cup ham
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 0.25 cup cilantro
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Add olive oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Step 4: Gradually add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour, one cup at a time, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
- Step 5: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes shiny and smooth.
- Step 6: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 7: Punch down the dough and roll it out into a circle or rectangle shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Step 8: Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Step 9: Top the dough with diced ham, pineapple, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Step 10: Make two wells in the toppings and crack an egg into each well.
- Step 11: Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Step 12: Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
