Description

Ingredients
- 2 medium onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup water
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 medium potatoes
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
- Step 2: Add beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes
- Step 3: Add onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper; cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes
- Step 4: Add beef broth, water, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf; bring to a boil
