Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 cup chives
- 0.75 cup chicken broth
- 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 lbs chicken breast or thighs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.25 cup parsley
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
- Step 3: Add parsley, chives, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Step 4: Gradually add warm chicken broth to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Step 5: Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Step 6: Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
