Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 0.25 cup chives
  • 0.75 cup chicken broth
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 lbs chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 cup parsley

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
  3. Step 3: Add parsley, chives, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Step 4: Gradually add warm chicken broth to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
