Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 1 cup zucchini
- Salt and pepper
- 0.25 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
