Description
Fall-off-the-bone tender pork ribs slathered in a sweet and tangy honey BBQ sauce
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 0.25 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 racks pork ribs
- 0.5 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Step 2: In a small saucepan, whisk together honey, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 3: Bring the sauce to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and place them on a large baking sheet lined with foil.
- Step 5: Brush the ribs with the honey BBQ sauce and bake for 2 1/2 hours, or until tender and caramelized.
- Step 6: After 2 hours, brush the ribs with the remaining sauce and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Step 7: Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before cutting into individual portions.
