Description
Sweet and sticky carrots glazed with a mixture of honey, butter, and spices
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 large carrots
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together butter, honey, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and pepper until smooth
- Step 3: Add the chopped carrots to the bowl and toss to coat with the honey glaze
- Step 4: Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Step 5: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized
