Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 1 spiral-cut ham
- 0.5 cup honey
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C)
- Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, cloves, cinnamon, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat, stirring until smooth
- Step 3: Place the spiral ham in a roasting pan, cut side down. Score the fat layer in a diamond pattern, cutting about 1/4 inch deep
- Step 4: Brush the honey glaze all over the ham, making sure to get some in the scored lines
- Step 5: Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
- Step 6: Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and the ham is heated through
