Description

Mini beef-free burgers made with Impossible Foods patty, served on toasted buns with classic toppings

Ingredients

  • 2 slices pickle
  • 4 Impossible Foods patties
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 4 small buns
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: Add the olive oil and cook the Impossible Foods patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through
  3. Step 3: Meanwhile, toast the buns on the skillet or griddle
  4. Step 4: Assemble the sliders by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a cheese slice, and a pickle slice
  5. Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste, then top with the top bun
