Description
Mini beef-free burgers made with Impossible Foods patty, served on toasted buns with classic toppings
Ingredients
- 2 slices pickle
- 4 Impossible Foods patties
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 leaves lettuce
- Salt and pepper
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 small buns
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat
- Step 2: Add the olive oil and cook the Impossible Foods patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through
- Step 3: Meanwhile, toast the buns on the skillet or griddle
- Step 4: Assemble the sliders by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a cheese slice, and a pickle slice
- Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste, then top with the top bun
