Description
A classic Subway-style Italian BMT sandwich filled with salami, pepperoni, ham, and melted mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients
- 6 oz salami
- Salt and pepper
- 0.25 cup Italian dressing
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large tomato
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz pepperoni
- 1 large lettuce
- 6 oz ham
- 1 loaf Italian bread
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Slice the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise.
- Step 3: Layer the salami, pepperoni, and ham on the bottom half of the bread.
- Step 4: Place the mozzarella cheese on top of the meats.
- Step 5: Add lettuce and tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Step 6: Drizzle mayonnaise and Italian dressing over the vegetables.
- Step 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 8: Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich.
- Step 9: Grill or press the sandwich for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
