Description

A classic Subway-style Italian BMT sandwich filled with salami, pepperoni, ham, and melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz salami
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup Italian dressing
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large tomato
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz pepperoni
  • 1 large lettuce
  • 6 oz ham
  • 1 loaf Italian bread

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Slice the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. Step 3: Layer the salami, pepperoni, and ham on the bottom half of the bread.
  4. Step 4: Place the mozzarella cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Step 5: Add lettuce and tomato slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Step 6: Drizzle mayonnaise and Italian dressing over the vegetables.
  7. Step 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
