Ingredients

  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 12-inch Italian sub roll
  • 0.25 cup giardiniera
  • 6 slices salami

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Slice the sub roll in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, and basil. Brush the mixture evenly onto the cut side of the sub roll.
