Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 6 oz pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 oz salami
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 1 cup provolone cheese
  • 1 12-inch sub roll
  • 6 oz ham

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Slice the sub roll in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Step 3: Arrange the salami, ham, and pepperoni slices on the bottom half of the sub roll.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle the provolone cheese over the meats.
  5. Step 5: Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the cheese.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle the chopped basil, parsley, and dried oregano over the top.
  7. Step 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Step 8: Place the top half of the sub roll on the filling.
