Description
Fresh salmon fillet baked with a zesty lemon dill sauce
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup dill
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 fillets salmon
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Step 3: Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet
- Step 4: In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped dill
