Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup dill
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup quinoa

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a medium saucepan, bring the quinoa and water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the quinoa is tender and fluffy.
  3. Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until translucent.
