Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 0.5 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Step 3: Add ricotta cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
