Ingredients

  • 0.5 pounds veal scallopine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Season the veal with salt, pepper, and thyme
  2. Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Step 3: Add the veal and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side
  4. Step 4: Remove the veal from the skillet and set aside
