Description

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup onion
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.75 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup bell pepper
- 0.5 cup butter
- 4 slices bacon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Step 3: Cut cold butter into flour mixture until crumbly.
- Step 4: Add buttermilk and stir until dough forms.
- Step 5: Turn dough onto floured surface and knead a few times.
- Step 6: Roll out dough to 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
- Step 7: Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 8: While biscuits are baking, cook bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Step 9: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Step 10: Pour egg mixture into a greased skillet and cook until almost set.
- Step 11: Sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on top of eggs and fold in half.
