Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup scallions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Cut potatoes into 1-inch wedges.
  3. Step 3: In a bowl, toss potato wedges with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
  5. Step 5: While potatoes are baking, cook bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Chop into bits.
