Description
A rich and decadent twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring succulent lobster meat and melted Fontina cheese
Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices bread
- 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tails lobster
- 2 tablespoons Gruyère cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Fontina cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.25 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat
- Step 2: Butter one side of each bread slice
- Step 3: In a medium bowl, mix together lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Step 4: On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, spread a layer of the lobster mixture
- Step 5: Top each with a slice of Fontina cheese and a sprinkle of Gruyère cheese
- Step 6: Place the other bread slices, buttered side up, on top of the filling
- Step 7: Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted
- Step 8: Carefully flip the sandwiches over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown
