A rich and decadent twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring succulent lobster meat and melted Fontina cheese

Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices bread
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tails lobster
  • 2 tablespoons Gruyère cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fontina cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat
  2. Step 2: Butter one side of each bread slice
  3. Step 3: In a medium bowl, mix together lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper
  4. Step 4: On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, spread a layer of the lobster mixture
  5. Step 5: Top each with a slice of Fontina cheese and a sprinkle of Gruyère cheese
  6. Step 6: Place the other bread slices, buttered side up, on top of the filling
  7. Step 7: Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted
  8. Step 8: Carefully flip the sandwiches over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown
