Description

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 4 sausage patties
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups hash browns
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Step 2: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Drop the pancake batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet or griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
- Step 3: Cook the sausage patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat, until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- Step 4: Cook the bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat, until crispy, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Step 5: Scramble the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the eggs. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 6: Heat the shredded hash browns in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, until crispy and golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
