Ingredients

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 cup glutinous rice

  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Rinse the glutinous rice thoroughly and soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight
  2. Step 2: Drain the water and combine the rice with coconut milk, sugar, salt, and pandan extract in a saucepan
  3. Step 3: Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the rice is cooked and creamy (about 15-20 minutes)
  4. Step 4: Transfer the cooked rice to a serving platter or individual plates
  5. Step 5: Arrange sliced mango on top of the sticky rice
