Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and thyme. Set aside.
  3. Step 3: Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
