  • 0.25 cup basil leaves
  • 0.5 cups water

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated.
  2. Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Step 3: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Step 4: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Step 5: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone inside.
