Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 0.5 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup kalamata olives
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, feta cheese, kalamata olives, red onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined.
