Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 egg
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup feta cheese
- 0.25 cup red onion
- 0.5 pounds ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 cup rolled oats
- 0.25 cup kalamata olives
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, feta cheese, kalamata olives, red onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined.
- Step 3: Add the egg and mix until the meat mixture is cohesive but not overmixed.
- Step 4: Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape into a loaf shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
