Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 4 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add butter to the skillet and cook until melted.
- Step 3: Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4: Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
