Ingredients
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 0.5 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 slices Rye Bread
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Step 3: Add butter to the preheated griddle and cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
