Ingredients

  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 slices Rye Bread
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
