Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups strawberries
- 0.25 cup mint leaves
- 0.5 cups water
- 1.5 cups flour
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until yeast is activated
- Step 3: Add olive oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms
- Step 4: Gradually add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour, kneading the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic
- Step 5: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm) and transfer to a baking sheet
- Step 6: Spread Nutella evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges
- Step 7: Arrange sliced strawberries on top of Nutella
- Step 8: Sprinkle granulated sugar and chopped fresh mint leaves over the strawberries
- Step 9: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown
